Hi Daniel-
Not sure if you remember me or not, but we were in Nursing School together - Sean Smithey. Just learned of the obstacle you are facing and read your blog. You my friend are an inspiration to all those who may have the slightest doubt about his or her faith. I look forward to reading your updates and pray for you daily.
You are strong and through your words are - even in the midst of your turmoil - ministering to others. I admire you for that. I and others continue to pray for you daily and wish only the best.

Daniel, Cindy Compaerry just forwarded your blog to me. I know we haven't talked in years. You may not even remember me! I used to hang out with Cindy & Amy back a few years ago (Holly Ellis was my maiden name). Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I are lifting you up in prayer. We read your blog the other night & just wept. The Holy Spirit is moving so mightily through your words and your sweet surrender. Thank you for letting us share in your journey. Hi Daniel! This is Catherine Brown from the Forest Hills Baptist Broadway gang. I just learned of your ordeal Wednesday night from Wayne Causey. What a shock. My children (who know you as "Linus" from "My Blankie and Me") and I have been reading your amazing blog, and we are committing ourselves to lifting you up in prayer - boldly praying for healing! We were reminded of a line in our summer children's musical about Elijah: "God will provide strength for the journey." We know He will provide you strength for your journey!
